Cancellation Policy
We try very hard to accommadate our campers/after school drop offs when their plans change. Cancellation requests received 14 days prior to the start of the booked camp week/day will be subject to a full refund minus $20 processing fee. Cancellation requests received within 14 days of the affected week will forfeit a refund but may transfer to another week. Cancellation requests made after the camp week has begun will not be processed. Cancellation request must be submitted by email to info@playawaylondon.ca or by replying to your conformation email.
