Cancellation Policy

We try very hard to accommadate our campers when their plans change. Cancellation requests received 14 days prior to the start of the booked camp week will be subject to a full refund minus $20 processing fee. Cancellation requests received within 14 days of the affected week will forfeit a refund but may transfer to another week. Cancellation requests made after the camp week has begun will not be processed. Cancellation request must be submitted by email to info@playawaylondon.ca or by replying to your conformation email. Thank you for your understanding.

How to Register for Play Away Summer Camp

Costs:

• Full Day Week / $221.34 +Tax / child

• Day / $53.10 +Tax / child

• 1/2 Day (morning or afternoon) / $35.00 +Tax / child

• Early Drop Off 8am-830am or Late Pick Up 4:45pm-5:30pm / $15 / each

• Add on Lunch, Choose either Hot Dog or Grilled cheese and comes with 1 snack and 1 drink. / $6.63 +Tax / (Please still bring in snack for moring and afternoon snack)

• Sibling Discount / 10% off each registrant (must have same address and be booked together) Use code “SIBLING”

What: Full-week, Single days or Half-days (mornings or afternoons)

*Early Drop Off & Late Pick Ups Available

Ages: 4 to 11 years old

When: AM Drop off: 8:30-9:00am PM Pick-up: 4:00-4:45pm

Lunch is from 12-1pm, Half-day campers come and go at this time.

Where: Play Away Indoor Park (2469 Aviation Lane) is our main base.
