2019 Fitness Classes
Our 30 minute class is fun and interactive! Little bodies work on fitness and movement using concepts from yoga, dance and martial arts to teach the ABCs of physical literacy.
Registration begins Dec 1, 2018 for January and February classes. Select the Register Now button below.
Parent & Tot - for children who are walking but still require parent participation
January session: Mondays 9:45am to 10:15am (January 7, 14, 21 and 28)
February session: Thursdays 9:45am to 10:15am (February 7, 14, 21 and 28)
Youngsters - for independent children
January session: Mondays 10:30am to 11:00am (January 7, 14, 21 and 28)
February session: Thursdays 10:30am to 11:00am (February 7, 14, 21 and 28)
